Speedy Fuels can supply your oil and fuel delivery. We are also suppliers of biodiesel, boiler juice and central heating oil.
Q: I live in a remote location, can you still make my oil and fuel delivery?
A: Yes, we deliver nationwide. Our supply sites are spread across the whole of the UK, meaning we can make deliveries to even the most remote locations.
Q: When can you supply my oil and fuel delivery?
A: A next day oil and fuel delivery service are provided, but if you do run out of oil we will do our best to deliver the same day to you. Every effort will be made to make the delivery at a time convenient to you.
Q: How do I know I’m getting the best deal?
A: At Speedy Fuels, we make it our number one priority to ensure you are getting the best service for your needs. That’s why when you take out a contract with us; we will assign you an Account Manager, who will be your sole point of contact within Speedy Fuels. It is the Account Manager’s job to ensure you are completely satisfied with the service. They will do their utmost to respond to all your queries.
Q: What if I only need 500 litres; can you supply my oil in a ‘baby tanker’?
A: Yes, as no oil and fuel delivery is ever too small for us as we have a wide range of trucks to suit you. Whether that is a full 36,500 litre supply on an articulated lorry right down to 500 litres on our ‘baby tanker’ we have the kit to fulfil your needs.
Q: Can you make an unattended oil and fuel delivery?
A: Yes, as long as we can easily access your oil tank.
Q: How do I know how much oil was supplied?
A: Your oil and fuel delivery will be monitored by the tanker’s meter, and you will receive a printed reading showing you the precise amount dispensed.
Q: What is the minimum oil and fuel delivery?
A: The smallest tank delivery is 500 litres. However, the greater the supply, the more money you save. For lesser quantities we can supply in 205 litre drums.
Q: How long is the hose on your tanker?
A: Our trucks have hoses from 100ft to 150ft. So, we can deliver your oil fast and competently even if your tank is hard to get to.
Q: Do you supply tanks?
A: Yes, we supply a vast amount of tanks and ancillary products.
Q: Can you supply corresponding greases?
A: Yes, we supply and blend a wide range of greases precisely formulated for your needs, whether that may be fully artificial, semi-synthetic or organic based, we have the oil for you.
Q: Do you offer a heating oil next day delivery?
A: In most cases we can deliver your fuel within two days of order. However, this cannot always be guaranteed. You can request that your fuel is delivered next day. However, there will be an emergency call-out fee.

A: Yes, to ensure you never run out of oil we have invested in an automated tank top-up system that will take the worry out of ordering fuel. The simple system works with a probe in your tank that telephones Speedy Fuels when your oil levels get down to an agreed level.
Q: What payment terms do you offer?
A: We offer flexible payment terms to suit you, either by direct debit, credit card, cheque, cash or standing order.
Q: Are your prices competitive?
A: Yes, in today’s ever competitive transportation trade, our rates are checked daily, and we continuously do our best to offer you tremendously competitive rates.
Q: How can I find out about oil storing rules and guidelines?
A: Oil storing is extremely controlled within the UK. It is now a legal obligation to store fuel in a safe, accountable and environmentally responsible manner since even the slightest leakage can have an effect on the local atmosphere.
